Naps are the best! You want to feel refreshed, you’re tired or just want to decompress; you take a nap, and  the outcome is that you feel much better. The rule is, that you don’t want to sleep for too long, or you’ll end up feeling groggy and even more tired than before. We can’t have that, now can we?
